By accessing or using GE Margin ("gemargin.com", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

GE Margin provides free, read-only tools for tracking Old School RuneScape (OSRS) Grand Exchange prices, calculating profit margins, and analysing market trends. Our service includes item price tracking, flip suggestions, profit calculators, and market analysis tools.

We do not interact with the OSRS game client, access your RuneScape account, or facilitate any in-game transactions. All price data is sourced from the publicly available OSRS Wiki Real-Time Prices API and is presented for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

GE Margin offers optional sign-in via Discord OAuth. Signing in is not required to use any core tools or view price data. When you sign in, we store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar to provide personalised features such as watchlists, price alerts, and trade tracking.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us via our Contact page.

4. Intellectual Property

Old School RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. All game content, item names, and imagery are the intellectual property of Jagex Ltd. GE Margin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex.

Item icons and game data are sourced from the OSRS Wiki under their respective licences. Price data comes from the OSRS Wiki Real-Time Prices API.

Original content on GE Margin — including calculator designs, guides, analysis tools, and written content — is the property of GE Margin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using GE Margin, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data in a way that degrades service for other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or user accounts
• Use our service to facilitate real-world trading (RWT) or any activity that violates Jagex's Terms of Service
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content through any GE Margin feature
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GE Margin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that price data is accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times. Grand Exchange prices fluctuate constantly, and there may be delays between in-game prices and the data displayed on our site.

Profit calculations, flip suggestions, and market analysis are estimates based on available data and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. Trading on the Grand Exchange involves risk, and past margins do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your in-game trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GE Margin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses of in-game currency, missed trading opportunities, or decisions made based on data provided by our tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, which is zero as our service is free.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Significant changes may be announced via our Discord server. Your continued use of GE Margin after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
